In planning the training programs, we follow a technical process through which we attempt to identify the need for training, the level of performance of employees, positive returns from training, and the customer’s available capabilities.
Consequently, we are able to tailor and personalize the training which is aided by the adoption of best international standards in the analysis and evaluation through SWOT, and KPI as well as other evaluation systems.
