Al Ain University Honors 10 Years on Campus Employees at AAU

Al Ain University honored the employee of the year 2014/2015 by choosing the perfect employee for his/ her excellent performances, in conformity with the standards established by the university to choose the perfect employee. This ceremony was devised by the University Administration to members of the Administrative Board in its fourth successive year at the university in the city of Al Ain in the presence of Dr. Noor Aldeen Atatreh, AAU Chancellor, and Prof. Ghaleb El Refae, AAU President.
This year's honor was distinct from the remainder of the past by honoring all employees who have finished ten years of working with the university on the juncture of the completion of ten years in establishing Al Ain University.
The AAU Chancellor clarified that this tribute comes at the direction of the Board of Trustees, in acknowledgement of the efforts made by the university staff and to be an incentive for everyone to make further attempts to grow and secure a positive competitive environment to improve staff performance and build a culture of excellence that reflect positively on the workplace environment.
For their part, the employees valued by expressing their gratitude and appreciation which were set by the university’s pride, and such precious appreciation must be maintained. They also thanked all their co-workers for their support, who was the cause of lifting their morals.
