Al Ain University Students Participate in the Ministry of Labour Workshops

The AAU students from Al Ain participated in the practical workshops at the Ministry and Social Affairs in the Emirate of Sharjah, the labor relations agency and the inspection department, under the supervision of Dr. Bashar Talal Al-Momani, a member of the teaching staff at the College of Law. He briefed the students on labor issues on the ground between workers and employers, and the conflict resolution mechanism for an individual and the collective after being transmitted electronically. The pupils were also inaugurated to the situations of deprivation of work, check out legal researchers from the invariance of deprivation, and the possibility of moving up the deprivation accord between the employee and the employer.
HE Mr. Hassan Darwish, an official in the Office of Labor Relations, and Professor Ali Rashed, Head of the Inspection Department presented the theoretical and pragmatic explanation for actions in the Ministry to receive individual complaints and intercourse of workers, inspection requests, and a work stoppage by the actors, and it settled in coordination with the competent duly authorities.
At the conclusion of the workshop, Dr. Bashar Al-Momani, on behalf of the university, the Law College and students, thanked and appreciated his Excellency Mubarak Al Dhaheri, the Legal Adviser, Jasem Al-Banai, the labor relations agency and the inspection section of their best reception and facilitated activities for the workshops and the efficiency of the staff to assist the scholars to join theory with the pragmatic side.
