Student’s visit to Sheikh Zayed Desert Learning Center

The College of Education, Humanities and Social Studies in Al Ain University –Al Ain Campus- organized a visit to Sheikh Zayed Desert Learning Center at Al Ain Zoo, for the students of Environmental Sociology Course, under the supervision of Dr. Inas Abu Lebdeh and Dr. Jamal Barafi.
The students visited three main halls which shows the efforts of Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan - May God have mercy on him- in preserving the various environmental elements in the country, it also portrayed different types of animals and birds and how to take care of them, where the UAE's strategy in the future plans for 2030 seeks to preserve the environment and to get benefit from renewable energy.
