MoU between “Al Ain University” and “Universidad de la Cauca”

Al Ain University (AAU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with “Universidad de la Cauca- Colombia” to enhance future cooperation between the two parties with areas of mutual interest, in order to achieve the common vision and goals between the two institutions, concerting efforts, and exchanging training experiences.
The MoU has been signed, in the presence of Dr. Noor El Deen Atatreh (AAU Chancellor), by Dr. Nazih Khaddaj Mallat (AAU Vice President for Accreditation and Quality Assurance), and Dr. César Albertos (Head- Research & Development Software Engineering) at Universidad del Cauca.
Dr. Atatreh stressed the importance of this agreement, which is the first step to strengthen cooperation relations with Colombian universities to enrich the cultural and scientific capacity and to support academic and educational experiences through joint initiatives benefiting students and teachers in the areas of science and research.
For his part, Dr. Khaddaj Mallat said that; based on this MOU, both parties will exchange data and information of mutual interest, in addition to exchanging visits for faculty members and students, and strengthening cooperation aspects in the field of scientific research.
Under the agreement, the two parties will cooperate on common interest topics, exchange experiences to conduct joint scientific research in various disciplines, in addition to, holding scientific and cultural conferences.
