A Workshop entitled; Planning Your Professional and Social Future

Al Ain University, in partnership with the Family Development Foundation, organized a workshop titled “Planning Your Professional and Social Future, led by Abdullah Al Kaabi, a certified expert in human resource development from Sharjah. The workshop aimed to empower students to plan for their professional and social futures by offering practical strategies to explore career alternatives and maximize future opportunities. The workshop also emphasized the importance of developing and leveraging personal skills to enhance success in the job market. Discussions included how students can benefit from training programs and specialized courses to boost self-awareness and unlock their creative potential. Additionally, Al Kaabi shared valuable advice on building strong professional and social networks and the importance of long-term planning for achieving personal and career goals. Practical examples of community engagement were presented, demonstrating how to align personal ambitions with sustainable success.
