A Workshop on Mobile Photography Skills to Enhance Students’ Creativity

The Deanship of Student Affairs, in collaboration with the Tolerance Club, organized a training workshop entitled “Mobile Photography Skills”, targeting university students to develop their photography abilities and equip them with practical skills to make the most of smartphone cameras in producing high-quality images.
The workshop was delivered by Mr. Mansour Al Mansoori, a certified photography trainer, who presented the latest techniques and applications in mobile photography. He explained methods for handling lighting, shooting angles, and editing using professional applications. Students were also given the chance to practice hands-on and experiment directly, which increased their engagement and provided them with practical experience in transforming creative ideas into impactful images.
This workshop comes as part of a series of activities and training programs that the university regularly organizes to refine students’ skills, equip them with practical tools that meet the demands of the job market, and support their academic and professional journey.
The workshop received great interaction from the participants, who expressed their enthusiasm to apply the acquired skills in their academic and personal lives, affirming that mobile photography has become an important tool for expression, creativity, and documenting daily experiences in a modern way.
