Al Ain University Business Students Shine at SRTIP Qualifier Event

A team of students from the College of Business at Al Ain University, under the supervision of Dr. Wejdan Farhan, proudly secured a spot among the top 10 teams in the Company Program Qualifier event held at the Sharjah Research, Technology, and Innovation Park (SRTIP).
Over two days of intensive competition, the team showcased remarkable innovation, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit. On the first day, after arriving in Sharjah, the students participated in expert-led workshops focusing on communication, finance, and pitching skills, which helped them refine their capabilities in preparation for their booth presentations.
The second day kicked off with a “60-second elevator pitch” session, where each team had a minute to present their business idea to the judges. This was followed by detailed booth evaluations. The Al Ain University team earned high praise for their project, along with constructive feedback for further development.
When the list of 15 qualified teams was announced, the team was thrilled to be among them. Following further engagement activities and booth reviews, they were officially named among the top 10 teams advancing to the National Company Program.
