Al Ain University promotes sports in the community

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote a healthy lifestyle and highlight the role of sports in community building, the Deanship of Student Affairs at the university’s Al Ain and Abu Dhabi campuses organized a Sports Day event under the theme "Sports and Society." The event was held in collaboration with the College of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, and the College of Communication and Media, with active participation from students enrolled in the Physical Fitness and Health course, as well as several sports clubs and medical centers from across the country.
The event aimed to shed light on the importance of sports in enhancing both physical and mental well-being, while encouraging students to adopt an active lifestyle. It also sought to support initiatives that celebrate local and international sports events and connect them with values of community service.
The event featured a variety of recreational sports activities, free medical check-ups, and interactive presentations by the participating clubs and centers, all in a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere enjoyed by students and attendees alike.
