Hiking Trip to Fujairah Enhances Students’ Spirit of Adventure and Field Experience

The Deanship of Student Affairs at both the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain campuses organized a special hiking trip to the Emirate of Fujairah, with the participation of students from various colleges, as part of its extracurricular activities aimed at fostering exploration and adventure.
The trip witnessed strong engagement from students who enjoyed a lively and collaborative atmosphere while exploring one of the most beautiful natural areas in the United Arab Emirates. They had the chance to learn about the region’s diverse landscapes and enrich their understanding of the country’s natural environment.
The activity comes as part of the Deanship’s ongoing efforts to offer meaningful experiences that help students develop personal and social skills such as teamwork, self-reliance, effective communication, and outdoor exploration. This was clearly reflected in the students’ positive interaction and cooperation throughout the trip.
At the end of the journey, students expressed their great satisfaction with this exceptional experience and emphasized their interest in joining similar activities in the future due to their positive impact on physical, mental, and social well-being.
