HR Assistant

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

 

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on a daily basis
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with attendance monitoring, leave records, and timesheets
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data
  • Coordinate medical insurance activities, including employee additions, deletions, renewals, and claims follow-ups
  • Assist in processing employee documentation such as contracts, renewals, and confirmations
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures,
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and labor regulations

Skill Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Experience in the UAE is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
