Job Description:
- Prepare annual plan for activities and sports events.
- Responsible to arrange activities and events related to deanship for attracting new students.
- Follow instructions in terms of achieving each activity, according to plan of activities.
- Organizing and implementing programs, competitions and tournaments indoor and outdoor sports for various possible games.
- Submit the final reports of student activities
- Responsible to train the university team/s and determine their needs for instance tools, uniforms and etc.
- Supervise the proper training and take into account the factors of security, safety and discipline in the health club and the gym.
- Supervision of sports facilities, devices and tools.
- Responsible to publish each activity and event in the Deanship of student on Facebook.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Dean of Student Affairs.
General Conditions:
- 1-2 years’ experience in the relevant field, fresh graduate can also apply.
- Proficiency in English languages, spoken and written
- Good command on computer skills, particularly MS office programs
