Job Description:
- Assisting in planning of courses and course design and development as required.
- Gathering feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
- Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
- Research and recommend new training methods.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with purchasing department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Making initial contact with prospective clients by telephone, email and/or face to face.
- Generating content for videos, articles, digital and more to be used on the website and social media.
- Contributing written clients for blog, website, and email marketing.
Job Requirements:
- TOT: Training Of Trainers
- Adobe Designing programs
- Professional in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Mid in Digital Marketing & Social Media Tools
- Own a UAE driving license and vehicle
