Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Preferred Business Administration)

 

 

Job Description:

 

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills; Must be comfortable and effective interacting with the department head and senior staff
  • Ability to write minutes of meetings and reports.
  • Prepare and format contents for Ads, posts, and announcements.
  • Receiving incoming and performing outgoing calls on a daily basis
  • Register students in the training courses and issue receipts for them.
  • Coordinate training courses conducted in Al Ain, preparing the training hall and stationary,
  •  Preparing and taking attendance of trainees, conduct training surveys and insert data into MS-Excel evaluation program.

  

 

 General Conditions:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field (Experience of UAE is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Arabic & English languages, spoken and written.
  • Good command of computer skills, particularly MS office programs
  • Good Knowledge and had on experience in Adobe Illustrator.
