Job Description:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills; Must be comfortable and effective interacting with the department head and senior staff
- Ability to write minutes of meetings and reports.
- Prepare and format contents for Ads, posts, and announcements.
- Receiving incoming and performing outgoing calls on a daily basis
- Register students in the training courses and issue receipts for them.
- Coordinate training courses conducted in Al Ain, preparing the training hall and stationary,
- Preparing and taking attendance of trainees, conduct training surveys and insert data into MS-Excel evaluation program.
General Conditions:
- 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field (Experience of UAE is a plus)
- Proficiency in Arabic & English languages, spoken and written.
- Good command of computer skills, particularly MS office programs
- Good Knowledge and had on experience in Adobe Illustrator.
