AAU Concludes Participation in NAJAH 2012Al Ain University concluded its participation in Najah for Education and Careers Exhibition 2012 held in Abu Dhabi at ADNEC under the patronage of Shaikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Through its participation in the exhibition, AAU aimed at interacting with students and parents, responding to their queries, and introducing the university’s programs and majors to visitors. Currently, AAU offers fifteen undergraduate programs offered through five colleges: the College of Engineering and Information Technology, the College of Pharmacy, the College of Law, the College of Education, and the College of Business Administration in addition to an MBA program, two Master of Law programs (Private and Public), an MA in TESOL, and a Professional Diploma in Teaching. The exhibition was also a good ground to bring into the light the new specializations the University is developing in the near future.

On his part, Professor Ghaleb El Refae, AAU President, highlighted that AAU’s participation has been a suitable occasion to meet students, parents, and other academic institutions as well as public entities to exchange views and receive feedback.

Prof. El Refae reiterated that AAU constantly collaborates with the public and private sectors to pinpoint the required specializations for the job market in order to prepare qualified professionals to occupy these positions.

He concluded stating that AAU is committed to supporting distinguished students and offering them grants and incentives so as to motivate them to maintain the same level to help serve the community.
