Cooperation Agreement between AAU Continuing Education Center and King Abdullah II Center for Excellence
As part of its efforts toward activating strategic partnerships in training, the AAU Continuing Education Center signed a cooperation agreement with King Abdullah II Center for Excellence (KACE) in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The agreement focuses on the exchange of information and experience through access to varied research and cultural knowledge of different Arab educational institutions which will contribute to developing qualifications and competencies as well as reflect positively on the performance development of the local job market.
The Director of the AAU Continuing Education Center, Mr. Khaled Aqel, said that cooperation agreements between institutions in the Arab world play a key role in raising the level of performance at public and private organizations in terms of quality and excellence. In this regard, the AAU Continued Education Center seeks to sign cooperation agreements with leading Arab centers and institutions such as KACE which is a renowned quality and excellence center in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Mr. Aqel added that the memorandum aims at building strong mutual ties with the KACE to benefit from the expertise, capabilities, and training programs available at both centers. Utilizing these resources will be in the form of conducting joint training programs in quality and excellence, coordinating in capacity building, holding workshops, and any other fields that may enhance the exchange of experience and support attaining the goals of the institutions.
On her part, Ms. Yasera Ghosheh, the Executive Director of KACE, reiterated that the agreement will support KACE’s effort in disseminating the culture of excellence through cooperating with the AAU Continuing Education Center which backs public and private administrative work to perpetuate a culture of excellence and efficiency.
