AAU Students Visit Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange

AAU Business Administration students from Abu Dhabi campus visited the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). The visit was organized by Dr. Riham Muqattash, faculty member at the College of Business Administration, to provide students with hands-on implementation of the (Financial Analysis) course.
Ms. Fatima Al Mehairi, Manager of Education and Events at ADX, accompanied the students on an introductory tour of ADX and explained how transactions take place. Later, Dr. Hassan Yassin delivered a presentation on establishing the stock exchange, the role it plays in organizing buying and selling, and how trading systems are developed. He also explained how to analyze financial information and make use of the analysis in investment-related decision making.
