A Workshop Entitled "Information Technology and the Internet in Al Ain University

The College of Business Administration organized, in cooperation with the Deanship of Students Affairs at Al Ain University, Abu Dhabi-based, a workshop entitled "Information Technology and the Internet" by Dr. Zaidoun Al-Hatamleh, a faculty member in the College of Business Administration, in the presence of members of the academic and administrative bodies and a number of university students.
The workshop included several topics on the importance of information technology and the physical computer components and software of various types, as well as an explanation of multiple concepts about Internet information providers, Internet services as well as ICT applications in e-commerce, e-protocols and Internet payment gateways that are used to protect and encrypt electronic transactions.
