The Department of Private Law at the College of Law of Al Ain University organized a field trip to the Abu Dhabi Labor Relations Department of Ministry of Labor. The visit was arranged and supervised by Dr. Bashar Al Momani as part of the practical side of the Labor Law course.
Legal consultant, Mr. Jassim Al Banna welcomed the students and briefed them on the nature of work at the labor relations department and the process of solving labor disputes, lodging the complaints, referral to legal researchers, settlements, etc. Students were divided into groups to enable them to experience the process first-hand and to facilitate responding to their questions and queries.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Bashar Al Momani extended his appreciation to HE the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor, Mubarak Saeed Al Dhaheri; Legal consultant, Mr. Jassim Al Banna; and the Natwasal Department for their effort and facilitation of the visit.
