Al Ain University Participated in the First International Conference for the Khalifa Educational Award

Al Ain University, partook in the First International Conference for Khalifa Educational Award on the 16th and the 17th September, 2014, organized by the Award General Secretariat. It took place at Hotel Dost Thani in Abu Dhabi under the slogan "We Assemble, We Think, We Excel”, where the conference has exhibited a group of global experiences in the area of education development in addition to highlighting the UAE experience. It also discussed the issue of development of education and its relationship to national development and identity, as well as the role of technology in the educational field and challenges of investing in education.
The General Secretary of the Khalifa Educational Award, Amal Al Afifi, has proclaimed that the first award will be a prominent platform bringing together the decision-makers in the fields of education and implementation, locally, regionally and internationally. Moreover, there will be presentations on various elements of the educational process to review best practices in education on a focused review of international experiences in the development of education through sharing experiences and learning new practices, as well as contributing to the dissemination of a culture of quality and excellence in an educational work field.
