His Excellency Shaikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the Minister of Culture, Youth, and Community Development, visited the AAU’s pavilion at Al Ain Education and Career Fair 2014 during the opening of the exhibition which took place at Al Ain Convention Center. Professor Ghaleb El Refae, AAU President, received H.E. Shaikh Nahyan and gave him a brief on AAU, its programs and specializations.

Al Ain Education and Career Fair is a great chance for students to get to know the university’s programs. Through participating in the fair, AAU aims at opening channels of communication between students and parents on one side and AAU on the other.

At the pavilion, AAU addressed all queries and questions by visitors and parents regarding the different programs it offers through its five colleges: the college of Engineering and Information Technology, the college of Pharmacy, the college of Law, the college of Education, and the college of Business Administration. In addition, AAU offers a number graduate programs; MA in Private Law, MA in Public Law, MA in TESOL, MBA, and the Professional Diploma in Teaching. The fair has also provided a suitable occasion to introduce students to the new programs to be offered at AAU in the near future.

On his part, Professor Ghaleb El Refae, AAU President, underlined that AAU continuously cooperates with the public and private sectors to identify the needs of the job market in order to provide the market with qualified professionals. He added that AAU has taken upon itself supporting distinguished students and encouraging them to maintain their level of performance so as to effectively contribute to the prosperity of the community.
