Students’ Visit to the Penal and Correctional Institution

In the interaction with the local community and to complement the practical application to the side of the course for students’ awareness of crime and punishment, the Law College in Al Ain University, based in Al Ain city and under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Al Kharasheh, a member of the teaching staff at the College of Law, organized a study visit to the Penal and Correctional Institution in Al Ain.
The visit included a tour of the institution’s facilities, where the scholars were introduced to the nature of the work and affairs of the departments and other sections where the inmates check in, as well as the facilitation to ease the plans for their reclamation and rehabilitation.
