Workshop on Technology and Social Networks in Education

The deanship of student affairs at Al Ain University along with faculty members from both campuses attended the workshop organized by the general secretariat of Khalifa award on regarding the new media within the UAE and the Arab world field.
The workshop was attended by H.E. Amal Abdul Qadir Al Afifi, the Award’s Secretary General, the media professional Dr. Sulaiman Al Hattlan, the media professional Khadeeja Al Marzouqi, and Tariq Bahi Al Deen the winner of the Khalifa Award for Education in the field of media within the UAE and the Arab world in addition to a number of education professionals.
The workshop aimed to present a comprehensive image of the role of new technology and social networks in the educational process as well as sharing the experience of the winners of the 7th round of the Khalifa Award for Education.
