Al Ain University Students Visit the Gulf International Oncology Center

Al Ain University Students Visit the Gulf International Oncology Center

Organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs at the Al Ain University, based in Abu Dhabi, in cooperation with Mrs Siham Al Kora, a faculty member, a visit to the Gulf International Center for Oncology. The students were greeted by Dr. Abdelrazzaq, a radiology consultant and  the executive director of the center. The center provides diagnosis and treatment of tumors of the citizens and residents of the state as well as the treatment and diagnosis of tumors through the scanning device, the radiation oncology treatment and chemotherapy. The Gulf international Oncology Center follows protocols, and US regimens, which is run by 4 qualified consultants who studied in the United States and are holding the American Board Certificate. More than 1,200 medical radiation conditions were examined and more than 2500 patients went through the Atomic Betty Scan, a special device for Pozentitroni.

 

Dr.  Abdul Razak explained that the proliferation of tumor varies by age, but the ladies breast tumor is a common disease as well as ovarian tumors and Lymphoma. As for men abound, they are more subjected to lymphoma, colon disease and diseases of the digestive system, oesophagus, stomach and intestines as well as head and neck tumors and tumors in the lung and other prostate diseases.
