AAU Team Obtains Advanced Ranks in the Swimming Championships on the Occasion of the National Sports Day

Within the National Sports Day initiative under the slogan "Emirates Gathered Us Together", launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Al Ain University team participated in the Swimming Championships within a group of sports competitions and tournaments organized by the United Arab Emirates University with the participation of various universities from UAE.
In an atmosphere of competition, the AAU team obtained advanced ranks in the swimming championship where student Rabee Maki from the College of Business Administration got the first place in the Freestyle swimming and backstroke swimming, Student Ahmad Atef from the College of Engineering and Information Technology got the second place in the freestyle swimming and breaststroke swimming, while the AAU team got the second place in the relay swimming.
At the end of the competition, Dr. Ali Al Kaabi- Deputy Director of the UAE University and Mr. Mokhtar Ibrahim, Director of Student Affairs honored the winning teams, wishing them further excellence in the field of sports.
