A Workshop about Managing Activities in Al Ain University
Within an atmosphere of entertainment and enthusiasm, the Deanship of Student Affairs in Al Ain University –Abu Dhabi Campus organized a workshop entitled: “Events and Activities Management” for Ushers students, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center and was presented by the trainer Mr. Hazem Hussain.
At the beginning of the workshop, the trainer explained the meaning of managing activities and events and how to deal with them; he gave the graduation ceremony as a discussion subject by showing how to organize it in a perfect way.
The students were divided evenly into groups to compete for each other in different competitions and thinking games accompanied by spirited music to give them the energy and enthusiasm, all of this within an atmosphere of suspense where they spent their beautiful time.
This workshop comes from the university’s belief in the importance of training the Ushers and guiding them on how to manage any activity accurately and efficiently, Emphasizing the importance of teamwork, work on social skills development and work development within teamwork.
