A workshop about writing “Legal Pleadings” in AAU

The Deanship of Student Affairs in Al Ain University –Abu Dhabi Campus- organized a workshop entitled “How to write the Legal Briefs and Pleadings”, in collaboration with the Community Engagement Committee of the College of Law, presented by Dr. Muntaha Al Mqablah from the College of Law.
Dr. Muntaha explained how to write legal briefs and pleadings by specialists of law, the basic elements that must be included in the memorandum or legal pleadings in accordance to the models of the UAE’s courts, she also distributed models of memorandums to the students.
The workshop was met with high interaction from students who participated with Dr. Muntaha by asking questions and debates.
