AAU Students visits the General Women’s Union

On the occasion of the Women's International Day, the Deanship of Student Affairs in Al Ain University –Abu Dhabi Campus- organized a student’s visit to the General Women’s Union.
Mrs. Ahlam Al Malki -Director of the Research and Development Department welcomed the students and accompanied them in a tour around the Union, She talked about Union’s establishment and its role in Women's Empowerment. The students also visited Al Jawhra Hall that contains decorations and shields of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak –May God Save Her. And the last phase of the visit was in the craft and handicraft center to know more about the role of the General Women's Union in preserving the UAE’s heritage.
