College of Law discussed the Legislative drafting at UAE

The College of Law at Al Ain University, Al Ain Campus, in cooperation with the Supreme Legislative Committee in Dubai, organized a lecture on Legislative Drafting in the United Arab Emirates, presented by Legal Advisor Dr. Faisal Al Omari, and supervised by Dr. Ibrahim Al Qatawneh, Associate Professor – Public Law Department, in the presence of Prof. Mustafa Qandil, Dean of the college of Law, Faculty staff and students.
Dr. Al Omari reviewed the reasons for the legislation, the steps of legislative drafting, the general structure of the legislation in terms of clear language selection, and the introduction of formal procedures to issue and publish legislation in the newspaper.
This lecture came from the importance of drafting the legislation in improving the legal system in the country, purifying it of impurities and relieving it of instability.
