Student’s Training Enhances students' skills and develops cooperation

As a part of its keenness to develop cooperation between Arab universities, Al Ain University received a delegation of students from a number of universities in Jordan and Egypt in the framework of field student training 2018-2019.

Eight students came from various universities such as the University of Jordan, Mu'tah University, Al Balqa Applied University, and Obour Institute. Their specialties varied between engineering and business. Where students received field training in the College of Engineering and College of Business under the supervision of accomplished academics at AAU in both campuses Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

Prof. Ghaleb El Refae, AAU President, stressed on the importance of the student’s training, which contributes to the refinement of their personalities and provide them with knowledge. He added that AAU is keen to strength the international relations with other educational institutions and to consolidate a common culture.

Dr. Ibtehal Aburezeq, Dean of Student Affairs, said that the Al Ain University is ready to receive and train the students from different Arab universities and to cooperate, participate and interact with them to enhance their skills.

The trainees expressed their happiness with the field training at the Al Ain University, and their visit to the United Arab Emirates for the first time where they recognized the landmarks’ features and its ancient history, praising the quality of programs offered at AAU, the staff professionalism, and good reception and hospitality.
