The Engineering Students Won the 3rd Place in Web3 and Blockchain Hackathon

A team from the College of Engineering at Al Ain University (Abu Dhabi Campus) won the third place in Web3 and Blockchain Hackathon, which was hosted by Abu Dhabi University-CSIT department in collaboration with 5ire.
The third place went to the 'DeliverChain' project done by Abdul Aziz Razak Mujahid, Omar Al-Kendi, Mohammad Kanbari, and Mahadi Hassan, supervised by Dr. Sahel Alouneh and Eng. Rima Masri.
Their project was about a blockchain technology food delivery app that uses the 5ire's ecosystem to enable consumers to view untampered data about companies in the food industry.
Twelve teams from different universities in the UAE participated in this event, which provided an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and to explore their potential applications in a range of fields.
