Workshop on ProQuest AI Research Assistant

Khalifa Library organized a workshop on “ProQuest AI Research Assistant,” presented by Ms. Samantha Bennett, Senior Customer Success and Training Manager at ProQuest, part of Clarivate.
The workshop included a detailed overview of the ProQuest platform, including its LibGuide and instructional videos, designed to support users with common research queries. It also featured a live demonstration of how the AI Research Assistant can be used to explore eBooks, eJournals, and theses.
Ms. Bennett also explained how the AI tool can be utilized to prepare literature reviews, create mind maps, and formulate innovative research questions with suggested answers. The session concluded with a Q&A segment, allowing participants to interact directly with the trainer and address their inquiries.
