As part of the AAU College of Law involvement with the community and the role they play in helping raise legal awareness within the UAE community, the AAU College of Law, in collaboration with the AAU Deanship of Student Affairs and the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, organized a symposium on the legal protection for building property buyers.
The first session of the symposium, chaired by H.E. Farouk El Araby, Legal advisor to the Ministry of presidential affairs, saw participation from Humeid Al Darmaki Legal expert at the legal advisor’s office at the Ministry of presidential affairs with a paper entitled “Criminal Protection for Buyers of Building Properties”, Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Hakam, Deputy Dean of the AAU college of Law at Abu Dhabi campus, who presented a paper entitled “The Civil Protection for Buyers of Building Properties”, and Dr. Shokri Al Daqqaq, Legal expert at the legal advisor’s office at the Ministry of presidential affairs, who presented a paper entitled “Arbitration in Property Disputes.”
