E-Payment and Registration at AAUAl Ain University has completed its preparations for the new academic year 2014-2015 by introducing new services for students through the Admission and Registration Unit and the Finance Department.

With the increased number of new students at the university, AAU has reorganized the Admission and Registration Unit through the provision of facilities and some new arrangements for students where AAU has developed a new department dedicated for admission; the department will address all issues related to freshmen and will respond to queries by new students and their parents. The staff at the department will also offer comprehensive information on all specializations, departments, and colleges and will complete the admission process to help save time and effort by skipping the otherwise lengthy routine procedures.

In addition, AAU developed the process of registration for students through the online portal where the student reviews the study plan, courses offered, instructors, available times, open sections, and then enrolls in classes accordingly. This service has seen further development, thanks to the cooperation between AAU and local banks; it now offers the feature of both registration and payment electronically without having to personally come to campus in order to complete the registration and payment.

Dr. Noor Aldeen Atatreh, AAU Chancellor, explained that the services rendered by the Admission and Registration Unit come in translation of the AAU’s strategy putting the student as the topmost priority. The developments are also part of the AAU’s process of offering students high quality services.

Further, Atatreh reiterated that AAU is always keen on involving students in the development process in order to provide services of great satisfaction to them. He added that many services are normally developed and changed through surveys and opinion questionnaires. He highlighted that AAU remains committed to rendering the best possible services as well as assessing the level of current services through closely monitoring and periodically reviewing them in order to improve, develop, and enhance those services according to the AAU continuous development plans.

It is worth mentioning that AAU offers fifteen undergraduate programs through its five colleges: the College of Engineering and Information Technology, the College of Pharmacy, the College of Law, the College of Education, and the College of Business Administration. In addition to that, the University offers an MBA, two Master in Law programs (Private and Public), an MA in TESOL, as well as a Professional Diploma in Teaching program.
