AAU Students Participate in the activities of Abu Dhabi Science Festival 2015

Under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, along with the organization of the Abu Dhabi Education Council and TDC, AAU students participated in providing workshops, recreational and educational activities for different age groups in the Science Festival in Al Mishrif Central Park in Abu Dhabi, and in Al Ain Zoo in Al Ain city. They have successfully presented a harmonious blend of local and global contents to give a world-class experience with relevant activities.
The 2015 Festival includes, but is not limited to, "space station" where children can become trainees in space mission control vehicles on Mars. There are also “Stars Sports Robots-LEGO ", where participants explore the principles of controlling robots through the installation and programming of special robotathm. It also allows the experience of "microscopic phone" for children of all age groups, where they learn to convert smart phones to magnifying microscope that captures stunning images.
