A Delegation from the British Council hosted by Al Ain University

Within its keenness to strengthen cooperation aspects with international institutions and cultural councils, Dr. Noor El Deen Atatreh –Chancellor of Al Ain University, received a delegation from the British Council in his office at the university campus in Mohammed Bin Zayed city - Abu Dhabi, As a part of the MOU between both parties two years ago, Which stipulates to reliance Al Ain University as a center for IELTS tests (IELTS).
On this occasion, Dr. Atatreh said that, the university is keen to strength international relations and cooperation aspects with cultural institutions and councils, in order to achieve academic interest of the University and serves the interests of the students, where the Al Ain University is one of the most important centers of the IELTS tests in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, which seeks to provide its services for people looking for knowledge and broadening their understanding of English language, whether from students or the community as a whole.
For his part, Mr. Nick Godfrey -Regional Examinations Manager, British Council, Middle East South said: "The Council's partnership with Al Ain University is one of the most important partnerships at the country, and our visit today to the new campus of Al Ain University in Mohammed Bin Zayed City in Abu Dhabi is to strengthen the relationship between the two parties, and choosing the AAU to be a center for IELTS tests is because we believe that Al Ain University is seeking to serve the students and facilitate IELTS exams process, enhancing their English language skills, as we hope a further cooperation in the near future with the Al Ain University in its both campuses Abu Dhabi and Al Ain”.
