AAU organizes Health Event on the occasion of “World Sight Day”

Because your eyes are your mirror to life, The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain University –Al Ain campus- organized Health Event in collaboration with Hili Mall and Hotel Hili Rayhaan by Rotana, and with the participation of Dr. Maher Naim- specialist eye test and contact lenses, of Dana Optical, Mediclinic Center, Dr Nutrition Center, Fitness First Gym, and Bodyline gym, under the supervision of Dr. Ibtehal Aburezeq – Dean of Student Affairs.
The event continues for 3 days included free examinations such as, cholesterol screening, pressure, sugar and body mass, in addition to providing some medical advice, free samples and coupons.
This event comes on the occasion of the “World Sight Day” which is an annual day of awareness held on the second Thursday of October, to focus global attention on blindness and vision impairment.
At the end of the event, the Dean of Student Affairs presented appreciation certificates to the participants in recognition of their presence and their efforts.
