Awareness session on voluntary culture in cooperation with the Red Crescent

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain University, Abu Dhabi Campus, organized an awareness lecture in collaboration with the Emirates Red Crescent on voluntary culture and AOUN Community Service Award.
The lecture was presented by Dr. Adel Al Hanani, Certified lecturer in the UAE Red Crescent, who defined the voluntary culture and services provided locally and internationally and the procedures of volunteering. In addition to a brief about Aoun Community Service Award, which aims to establish the spirit of cooperation and volunteerism among young people.
On the sidelines of the seminar, a brainstorming session was held for participants to share ideas regarding establishing a Red Crescent Club at the university. The attendees praised these lectures which enhance the concept of teamwork, cooperation and volunteerism and contributes to their integration with the local community.
