AAU raise the slogan “Let’s Dream Again” on the occasion of the Women’s Day

On the occasion of the International Women’s Day, The Human Resources Unit at Al Ain University organized a virtual Women’s Day special interactive workshop entitled; “Did Covid-19 halt your dreams? Let’s Dream Again”, was presented by Ms. Jasmine Navarro, Certified Co-Active Family Coach, and moderated by Mrs. Sidra Shaheen, AAU HR Manager.
Ms. Jasmine introduced the concept of coaching and future visualization. Stressing on the importance to continue to perform self-assessment and do not forget to dream big and visualize your future goals.
The HR Manager Emphasized women’s accomplishments in general and during pandemics in specific for their multitasking, resilience, and strength. Additionally, she expressed her gratitude to all the women, as after every challenge they become a better version of themselves.
The event was attended by Prof. Ibtehal Aburezeq, Vice President of Development and Follow Up and the Dean of Student Affairs, and female academic and administrative staff, where they interact positively with multiple interactive activities.
