Delegation from Ufa University Visits Al Ain University to Exchange Mutual Expertise

Al Ain University received a delegation of faculty members and graduate students from Ufa University of Science and Technology to enhance international academic cooperation, cultural and scientific exchange, and research partnerships between the two institutions. The delegation visited the university's campuses in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, starting their visit with a meeting with Prof. Ghaleb Al Refai, the university president, and Prof. Ibtehal Abu Rezeq, Vice President for Development and Follow-up and Dean of Student Affairs.
The week-long visit included tours of the six colleges at both the Al Ain and Abu Dhabi campuses, meetings with academic and administrative staff from each college, discussions on teaching methods, and an overview of prominent courses and joint courses between Al Ain University and Ufa University. The delegation also discussed common research interests in technology and modern applications and teaching methods, fostering the exchange of ideas and enhancing future research collaboration between the institutions. Additionally, the delegation toured the laboratories of the Colleges of Engineering and Pharmacy, the library, and the university's various centers, units, and recreational and service facilities.
Al Refae stated, "Al Ain University looks forward to the opportunities created by this visit and expects fruitful cooperation and high-level academic and research partnerships with Ufa University of Science and Technology," emphasizing the university's commitment to advancing education and research through enhancing regional and global cooperation. This, in turn, positively impacts students by equipping them with scientific and practical skills, making them ready to enter the job market upon graduation.
Abu Rezeq added that the visit aimed to strengthen cultural and academic relations between the two universities, exchange scientific and research projects, and activate student and academic exchange programs.
At the conclusion of their visit, the delegation praised the distinguished academic standards of Al Ain University and expressed their appreciation for the insights and knowledge gained during the visit. They expressed hope for future collaboration to enhance scientific exchange and cooperation in various fields.
