Al Ain University Unites Global Experts to Shape a Healthier, More Innovative Tomorrow

Al Ain University welcomed a distinguished group of academics and researchers from over 60 universities worldwide during the 2nd International Conference on Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences (AAU CPBS’25) and the 3rd Graduate Student Symposium in Health and Biomedical Sciences (AAU HBPS’25). The two-day event, organized by the College of Pharmacy at the Abu Dhabi campus, was held under the theme: "Innovations in Pharmacy, Nutrition, and Biomedical Research: Towards a Healthier Tomorrow."

The conference served as a global platform that brought together scientists, professors, pharmacists, nutrition experts, healthcare practitioners, and students to exchange pioneering ideas, showcase innovative research, and inspire transformative discoveries. It marked a significant milestone in the university's journey to foster innovation, encourage collaboration, and reinforce excellence in pharmacy, biomedical sciences, and nutrition.

The event welcomed prominent participants from diverse countries, including the UAE, Austria, Italy, China, Algeria, Qatar, Malaysia, the UK, Canada, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Palestine, Pakistan, India, Sudan, and others. This diversity offered a unique opportunity to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration and expand global networks among researchers and healthcare professionals.

The conference program featured a wide array of vital topics in healthcare and biomedical sciences, such as clinical pharmacy and pharmacy practice, biomedical sciences, drug design and discovery, pharmacology and molecular therapeutics, pharmaceutical technology, nutrition and food sciences, and public health.

In addition to its comprehensive agenda, the conference was accredited by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, allowing participants to earn 10 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits. Attendees also had the opportunity to hear from two distinguished keynote speakers who provided innovative insights into advancing healthcare and biomedical research.

This year’s conference underscored Al Ain University’s pioneering role in the global academic and healthcare community. It paved the way for innovative solutions to today’s most pressing challenges in pharmacy, nutrition, and biomedical sciences.Top of Form
