Biography

 I have excelent teaching, research , and administration skills. My qualifications include degrees, research, professional development training, and work on carricula, teaching, leading, administrating, formed a unique combination of correlated fields which in turn improved my ability to develop interdiscilinary scholary interests and excellent teaching skills, it also allowed me to evaluate,put professional development plans, train teachers, monitoring, adjust the teaching and learning prosses quality, teaching materials, activities etc.
I am holding PHD degree in Curriculum philosophy  from University of Jordan, in 2015, Masters Degree in Curriculum Analysing and Instruction from University of Jordan, in 2007, and I have Bachelors Degree in Education/ Mathematics section, in 1999, I have certified trainer certificate from Debono thinking centre, (thinking out of the box)  2017, and i have certified trainer certificate from Debono centre ( Blinding thinking skills into curriculum) 2017, I have 17 years of expeerience, 11 of them as a school principal, six of them at international private school,UAE/ Al- ain,10/12/2015 to 21/8/2021.
During this period, Dr. Shater held the Academic and the Administrative school principal roles, providing professional leadership and management to achieve high standards in all area of the school's work. Having all responsibilities for the quality of education, the health and safety of students financial and operational aspects of leading the school, ensuring clear communication of the school vision and mission by all, developing the education ,to move the school towards high standards. leading learning and teaching, implementing strategies that secure high standards of behaviour and attendance. The school evaluation progressed from C in 2015 to A in 2020.
