Research Interests

Research Interests

My research interests lie in the fields of disaster nursing, oncology nursing, psychosocial health, and evidence-based practice. My work focuses on the following main areas:

  1. Disaster Nursing Competencies and Preparedness:
    Assessing core competencies, preparedness levels, and response capabilities among emergency and critical care nurses.
  2. Psychosocial and Supportive Care in Oncology:
    Investigating resilience, social support, quality of life, and unmet supportive care needs among patients with cancer.
  3. Mental Health and Well-being of Healthcare Professionals:
    Exploring stress, coping strategies, burnout, and resilience among nurses and healthcare providers.
  4. Nursing Education and Workforce Development:
    Enhancing curriculum design, competency-based education, simulation-based learning, and graduate employability in alignment with national accreditation standards
  5. Evidence-Based Practice and Health Outcomes Research: Promoting research utilization, outcome measurement, and quality improvement initiatives in clinical nursing practice.
