Qualification: Master's Degree in Business Administration/ Computer Science or related field.
Job Description:
- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- Arranges /provide training sessions for faculty and Admin Staff.
- Plans, organize, facilitates, and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
- Arrange training for all faculty staff of the University to adopt a research-informed teaching approach to its work.
- Works closely with the range of learning and development providers within /outside the University to ensure that provision is aligned, coherent, and comprehensive.
- Responsible for professional development in support of the University's Performance Development Review process.
- Benchmarks training programs against the sector and good practices.
- Provides flexible opportunities and approaches to professional development to meet individuals, teams, and the University's changing needs.
- Adopt a strategic approach to professional development in order to respond to both internal and external drivers for change.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
General Conditions:
- 5+ years of proven experience
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal & verbal communication.
