JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare the annual plan for cultural, social activities and events, and work to implement the same comprehensively and effectively.
- Present and implement constructive and creative proposals regarding new activities and events for the Deanship of Student Affairs.
- Introduce the activities and events organized by the Deanship for attracting higher student count.
- Attract new students to participate in the various activities of the Deanship.
- Prepare the details and requirements of the activity and the task distribution model before implementing it.
- Provide detailed reports after each activity or event.
- Design advertisements for the activities and events of the Deanship of Student Affairs
- Prepare a comprehensive summary of each event for the purposes of documentation and publication in newspapers and websites
- Prepare reports (interaction with the community, deanship activities, monthly petty cash, annual report, etc...)
- Activate and follow up the social media pages of the Deanship of Student Affairs.
General Conditions:
- 3+ years of proven interactive experience
- Proficient user of MS Office Suit.
- Excellent interpersonal & verbal communication.
- Own a car with a valid driving license is a plus.
