Qualification: Ph.D. in Nursing.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Provide academic leadership and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the program.
- Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Managing faculty recruitment, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.
- Fostering partnerships with healthcare institutions to offer clinical training opportunities.
- Overseeing student admissions, academic advising, and program assessments.
- Teaching undergraduate nursing courses, particularly focusing on adult health nursing and related specialties.
- Developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
- Supervising student research projects and clinical placements.
- Engaging in research activities and contributing to high-impact peer-reviewed publications.
General Conditions:
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience within nursing programs.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a leadership role (Program Director, Chair, or equivalent).
- Strong research profile with evidence of high-impact publications in the specialty.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and accreditation processes in the UAE is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a commitment to nursing education excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
