Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Higher Education Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
Job Description:
- Develop, negotiate, and maintain international MoUs and agreements, ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and timely renewal.
- Translate agreements into measurable activities, including student and staff exchanges, joint research, joint or dual academic programs, and visiting scholars.
- Coordinate international delegations, institutional visits, and events, and represent the University at international conferences, fairs, and networks.
- Monitor internationalization indicators, including international students and staff, academic mobility, and research co-authorship.
- Coordinate with the Rankings Specialist and relevant departments to provide data and reports supporting international rankings and institutional performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE higher education regulations and University policies relating to international cooperation.
- Maintain effective relationships with international partners and perform other related duties as assigned.
General Conditions:
- Three to five years of relevant experience in university international relations, partnerships, or academic cooperation, with demonstrated results in implementing international collaborations.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of UAE higher education regulations relating to international cooperation and academic mobility.
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and protocol skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
