JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversees the daily activities of the team and setting short-term targets and long-term goals, internally within the University and with corporate sector.
- Evaluate existing training programs and suggest modifications to improve participation and learning outcome to meet changing needs of evolving market standards
- Manage the technical facilities and personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training sessions at par with best market practices.
- Knowledge/experience of training registration and making corporate contracts.
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Emphasizing on Business Development Activities for the center (getting new clients and maintaining the old ones) and generating referrals.
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
- Collaborates with corporate sector and third-party training providers to arrange their employee registration for and participation in training programs.
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
- Prepare and implements effectively to manage the training budget.
- Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement and to maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
General Conditions:
- 5+ years of proven interactive Experience
- ACTVET Knowledge for operational needs, Licensing Process and its certification.
- Proficient user of MS Office Suit.
- Excellent interpersonal & verbal communication.
- Own a car with a valid driving license.
