AAU and Al Ain Municipality Discuss the Cooperation Aspects

Al Ain University (Al Ain Campus) received a delegation from Lands and Real Estate Management – Al Ain City Municipality, headed by Dr. Ali Saleh Al Humaidi, Director of Lands and Real Estate Management. The delegation were greeted by Prof. Abdulhafid Belarbi, AAU Vice President (Al Ain Campus) and Dr. Adel Ahmad, Director of Professional Development Unit. Where, this visit comes in order to promote Al Ain City Municipality participation with educational institutions and, on the occasion of the World Teacher’s Day.
The meeting was attended by number of employees from the Lands and Real Estate Management of Al Ain City Municipality along with College’s Deans, Dean of Research and Graduate Studies and Dean of Student Affairs.
Both parties discussed the cooperation aspects and promotion of the common interest areas within exchanging information and experiences, train students, get the benefit of the scientific research and coordinating efforts to organize workshops and joint events.
Dr. Al Humaidi stressed on the importance of the role played by the university in serving education and society and graduating professional cadres suited to the labor market. He also expressed the readiness of the Lands and Real Estate management and all its employees to facilitate all avenues of cooperation with the AAU and its students, which will benefit both sides
Prof. Belarbi expressed his happiness with this visit, stressing on the need to build effective cooperation relations between the two parties, and enhance communication and joint action to improve performance, to achieve common strategic objectives in the interests of the parties.
For his part, Dr. Adel Ahmad said that this visit will enhance the future prospects between Al Ain University and Al Ain City Municipality in all aspects of mutual interest and enhance the role of both parties to contribute positively to the delivery of comprehensive community development services.
